Demystifying the Requirements for Direct-to-Consumer Advertising of Prescription Drugs (DTCA Rx) and Direct-to-Consumer Information (DTCI)

ASC Clearance Services is bringing back our interactive and informative workshop designed to help prescription drug manufacturers and their agencies create DTCA Rx and DTCI messages that comply with the pertinent provisions of the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations and the Health Canada policy The Distinction Between Advertising and Other Activities.

At the request of Health Canada, ASC Clearance Services has been providing advisory opinions for prescription drug advertising and information messages directed to consumers since 1997.

Using guides and checklists developed by ASC, participants will evaluate DTCA Rx and DTCI materials during the course of a two-hour workshop.

This workshop will be of particular interest to Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Advertising and Agency professionals involved in the development of DTCA Rx and DTCI messages.
