If you have a concern about an ad you see or hear currently running in Canadian media, you can submit your complaint to ASC through ASC’s Online Complaint Submission Form or by mail or fax. Complaints must be submitted in writing. ASC does not accept telephone complaints.

Please include the following information:
• Your name, complete mailing address and phone number.
• The name of the product or service being advertised. Include the name of the brand or advertiser if you can.
• Where you saw or heard the ad (i.e., for tv or radio - the name of the station, for out-of-home media - the location, etc.)
• When you saw or heard the ad (i.e., for tv or radio - the date and time, etc.)
• A description of the ad. For print ads, enclose or attach a copy, if possible.
• Your concern about the ad.
