Cosmetic Advertising Workshop
ASC Clearance Services will present an advertising workshop designed to help cosmetics advertisers and their agencies create compliant cosmetic advertising messages. Working with the new Guidelines for the Nonprescription and Cosmetic Industry Regarding Non-therapeutic Advertising and Labelling Claims (which replace the 2006 Guidelines for Cosmetic Advertising and Labelling Claims), ASC staff will discuss how to differentiate non-therapeutic/cosmetic claims from therapeutic/health claims that require authorization from Health Canada.
