ASC Clearance Services started reviewing consumer-directed drug advertising copy in 1997, when Health Canada ceased providing this clearance function. Since that time, ASC has worked closely with industry and Health Canada to develop responsible policies and guidelines to ensure that advertising in this category is consistent with the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations, while meeting advertisers creative objectives.
ASC Clearance Services can help you maintain the integrity of your advertising copy, while ensuring it meets regulatory requirements. Our professional bilingual Clearance Analysts review and approve nonprescription drug and natural health product advertising directed to consumers.
